Acceptance
By using this website or making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
A trip request submitted online is not a confirmed booking until our team contacts you, confirms availability and final pricing, and you agree to proceed. Payment is arranged directly with our reservations team (bank transfer, mobile wallet, or other agreed method).
Pricing & currency
Prices may be shown in PKR, USD, GBP, EUR, CNY, SAR, AED, and other major currencies as reference. Indian Rupee (INR) is not offered. Final billing follows PKR or USD as selected at checkout. Taxes are included unless stated.
Cancellation & refunds
Each property and tour carries its own cancellation policy. In general:
- Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund within 14-30 days before arrival.
- No refund within 14 days, except where local law requires one.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveller information.
- Hold valid travel documents.
- Behave responsibly toward properties, staff, and the environment.
- Follow local laws and customs.
Our limits
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, weather, road closures, government restrictions, or natural events. Where a trip is affected, we work with you to reschedule or refund per the applicable policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Islamabad.
