GreenPak Riverfront Naran

I had a very pleasant stay at Greenpak Hotel, Naran. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right beside the river, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The sound of the flowing river adds to the overall charm of the place. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all essential facilities available, including Wi-Fi and generator backup. The surroundings outside the rooms are exceptionally calm and relaxing. The hotel features a large lawn with mature walnut trees and attractive huts, making it an ideal place for families to spend quality time and enjoy nature. One important point to note is that during load shedding, the generator operates from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM and is not available 24 hours a day. However, this did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, Greenpak Hotel offers a wonderful combination of scenic beauty, comfort, and a peaceful environment. I would definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Naran. Travel Tip: When approaching the hotel, it is better to use the Mansehra Bypass Road rather than the main Naran Bazaar road, which is usually very congested and can cause significant delays.

Highly Disappointed with GreenPak River Front Naran & Booking.com Experience I would like to share a very unpleasant experience that my family and I recently faced with GreenPak River Front Naran. We made a reservation through booking.com⁠ on 15 May 2026 and received a confirmed booking along with a payment receipt for our stay from 29–31 May 2026. Everything appeared to be in order, and we traveled to Naran with the confidence that our accommodation had been secured well in advance. However, upon arrival at the property, we were shocked to be told that no booking existed under our reservation. Despite showing them our confirmation details, receipt, booking number, and all supporting documentation, the management refused to honor the reservation. After contacting Booking.com customer support, we were informed that the property itself had requested the cancellation of our booking because they could no longer accommodate us. This information was never communicated to us beforehand. Instead, we were left stranded upon arrival and forced to spend valuable time resolving an issue that should never have occurred. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to our trip. It is extremely disappointing that a property would disregard confirmed reservations, especially during peak tourist season. It gives the impression that existing bookings made at discounted rates are being canceled in favor of higher-paying customers. A confirmed booking should be respected. Customers plan their travel, spend money, and rely on these confirmations. Last-minute cancellations and denial of confirmed reservations are unacceptable and reflect very poorly on customer service standards. I hope GreenPak River Front Naran and Booking.com investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that other travelers do not face the same inconvenience in the future.

This place is a super blend of natural Beauty with ultimate luxury. The reception was welcoming, the atmosphere was esthetic and refreshing. The view straight from the window was breathtaking. The room was perfectly organized. We had dinner at this place the food was great but the breakfast was exceptional. Due to the limited guests there was no buffet But the guy name Zabi made our breakfast experience wonderful. He brought everything we asked for and stood there to cater for everyone in our family. However, there’re couple of things those have room for improvement and need immediate attention. Rooms doesn’t have central heating system, reception staff provided 2 room blowers and they were doing the job pretty well. Another reflag was power outage. At check in they said there will be no power between 12 midnight to 8am. After having lil chitchat with the manager they accommodated us and instead or 12pm they provided another 2 hours of electricity. I don’t what’s the reason behind but this needs to be addressed on priority. Other than these 2 things this place is an awesome choice for the stay in Naran Valley. Will definitely return to this location in future
