The gurdwara at Kanoha in Rawalpindi district is a three-storey building of brick in lime mortar, about 10 metres high, from the British period. It has entrances on all four sides under multi-cusped arches, door jambs of white marble finely carved with flowers, and a facade of blind arches between pillars of decorative cut brick. Square outside, it turns into an octagon within to carry the dome over its canopy.
