Kirthar National Park covers more than 3,087 square kilometres of the Kirthar Mountains in Dadu and Jamshoro districts, north of Karachi. It is the third largest national park in Pakistan. Its wildlife includes leopard, striped hyena, Indian wolf, honey badger, urial, chinkara gazelle and the rare Sindh ibex.

History

The park was established in 1974. Blackbuck are kept in enclosures as part of a reintroduction project.
