Saraa-e-Saadabad is one of the Mughal sarais along the old route from Lahore into Kashmir by way of Bhimber and the Pir Panjal Pass, the road the Mughal emperors took to the valley.

About

It served as an overnight halt for caravans between Lahore and Kashmir. The AJK archaeology department credits its building to Saadullah, a governor under the Mughals.
