The tombs of Talpur Mirs have been built during the British conquest.
They are inferior to those of Kalhora monuments. The oldest tomb is that of Mir Karam Ali Talpur stated to have been built about 1812. Some of the tombs were erected in 1847 CE.
Why go
The Talpurs rose as Baloch generals in Kalhora service and took power in 1783. They ruled Sindh from the Pacco Qillo for sixty years, until Charles Napier defeated them at Miani in 1843 and the province passed to British India. Their tombs stand together in an enclosure of their own, tiled and painted in the late Sindhi manner.

Planning tip
Best Time to Visit, October to March. Hyderabad is very hot from April onwards.
Getting there, Hyderabad is roughly 160 km from Karachi on the M-9 motorway. The Pucca Fort monuments sit together in the old city and are walkable as one visit.
Allow, Two to three hours for the Pucca Fort complex; a half day including the Talpur and Kalhora tombs.
