Talpur Tower, Pakka Qila
A tall Talpur-period tower inside Hyderabad's Pakka Qila, once a gun post or watchtower, now used as the fort's water tank.
Inside the Pakka Qila, the old brick fort of Hyderabad, stands a tall round tower. It was probably built as a gun post or watchtower in the Talpur period. When the fort was demilitarised, the tower was altered and turned into a water reservoir, and it is still used for that today.

History
The Pakka Qila was the seat of Hyderabad's rulers from the Kalhora period, and the Talpur Mirs ruled Sindh from it until the British conquest of 1843. The tower is listed as SD-23.
