Lohum jo Daro is a low archaeological mound, about 2 metres high, near Piaro Goth railway station in Dadu district, close to the Indus. It is one of the smaller settlements of the Indus civilisation in Sindh.

History

N. G. Majumdar of the Archaeological Survey of India excavated it in the 1930s. He found Mature Harappan levels followed by the Late Harappan, or Jhukar, phase, which links it with sites such as Jhukar-jo-Daro and Chanhu-daro. It is protected by the federal government and listed as SD-12.
