Momhil Sar rises to 7,414 metres in the Hispar Muztagh above the Shimshal Valley, a few kilometres north-west of Trivor; it is the 64th-highest peak in the world. An Austrian team led by Hanns Schell made the first ascent on 29 June 1964. It is visible from Aliabad in Hunza.
