The Navalrai Clock Tower, Hyderabad's Ghanta Ghar, was built in 1914 in the old fish and meat market at Hirabad. It is named after Naval Rai, a duty collector, and was designed by P. C. Thadani for the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, with stone brought from Delhi. It was restored in the 1990s.
