The samadhs of Ranjit Singh's son and grandson, on the west side of the Maharaja's samadh.
Kharak Singh succeeded his father and died at thirty-eight after a year's illness. The samadhs are part of the Ranjit Singh complex, where entry is usually for Sikh visitors and others need permission.

History
Both of these Samadhs are located at the western side of the Samadh of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and are a part of this complex. Kharrak Singh_was the son of Maharaja Ranjit Singh who was born to Maharani Datar Kaur in Samvat 1860. He succeeded to the throne of Lahore after the death of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. He had died young at the age of thirty eight after remaining ill for a year on 21st Kattak, Samvat 1897. He was cremated at the site of his Samadh.
Planning tip
Best Time to Visit, Around 29 June, the anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh's death, when Sikh yatrees gather at this complex next to the Badshahi Mosque. At other times entry is usually for Sikh visitors, with others needing permission; the cooler months are October to March.
Getting there, On the west side of the Samadhi of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, beside the Badshahi Mosque and Lahore Fort.
