Throchi Fort
Throchi Fort above Gulpur in Kotli, Azad Kashmir: a limestone hill fort that follows the rock it stands on, with rock-cut water tanks at its centre.
Throchi Fort sits on a rocky hilltop about 3 km east of Gulpur village in Kotli district, overlooking the valley. It is built of limestone blocks in lime mortar and follows the natural shape of the rock, so its plan is irregular. At the centre are two water tanks cut into the soft bedrock. The entrance wall has double-storey bastions at each end.

History
The register dates the fort to 1799–1849. The walls are crenellated, and the merlons and watchtowers show that parts were once two storeys high, though the upper wooden floors are gone.

About 3 km east of Gulpur village, reached by the Throchi road in Kotli district; the last part is a walk up the hill.
