Miar Peak
An unclimbed 6,824 m peak of the Karakoram between Diran and Malubiting, above the Nagar and Bagrot valleys.
Miar Peak is a 6,824-metre mountain of the Karakoram above the Nagar and Bagrot valleys, southeast of Diran (7,257 m) and northwest of Malubiting (7,428 m). It remains unclimbed, partly because it is so hard to reach: an Italian scientific and mountaineering expedition led by Franco Secchieri turned back because the Miar Glacier could not be climbed.
