Wazir Khan Chowk is the square at the main entrance of the 17th-century Wazir Khan Mosque, about 250 metres west of Delhi Gate and reached through the small Chitta Gate. It holds the tomb of the Sufi saint Said Soaf and the Well of Dina Nath. From 2012 the Shahi Guzargah project of the Punjab government and the Aga Khan Trust for Culture cleared 73 illegal buildings, restored the well and opened up the view of the mosque.
