Dowarian
Dowarian, a Neelum Valley village at 1,615 m and the starting point for Ratti Gali Lake.
Dowarian is a village on the Neelum River in Azad Kashmir, 106 km from Muzaffarabad and 22 km beyond Athmuqam, at about 1,615 metres. It stands where the Ratti Gali stream meets the Neelum and is the base for the trek to Ratti Gali Lake. The village is known for its springs and its walnut, cherry and apple trees, and has tourism and forest rest houses.
