About
The name may come from Jarogai, a Hindu Shahi woman said to have lived here, or from the local women who gathered wild straw for brooms in the forest. Since 2022 it has been part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Integrated Tourism Zones, and camping pods have been built nearby.
