Izmis Lake, a high lake above the treeline in Utror, Swat, named after the caves around it.

Izmis Lake lies above the treeline to the south-west of the Utror valley in Swat District. Its name means 'caves' in Kohistani, after the natural caves around it. A small jeep road from Utror runs part of the way to a valley called Loypanrghalay, from where the lake is a trek of three to six hours.
