Sonmiani Bay
Sonmiani Bay on the Lasbela coast north-west of Karachi, where the Arabian Sea reaches its northernmost point, beside the Miani Hor lagoon.
Sonmiani Bay lies on the eastern edge of the Makran Coast, along the shores of Lasbela and Hub districts, north-west of Karachi. It is sometimes described as the northernmost point of the Arabian Sea, and takes its name from the village of Sonmiani, just north of the Winder River delta.

History
To the north-west it adjoins the Miani Hor lagoon, a shallow and ecologically rich estuary separated from the bay by a peninsula of sand dunes.
