Minimarg is a village in Astore District on the Burzil Nala, about 36 km south of the Chilam checkpost and north of the border village of Kamri, at about 2,844 metres. Its name is Kashmiri for 'Meadow of Frogs'. It was once part of the Gurez Valley and is reached from the Astore Valley over the Burzil Pass.
