Karachi's hands-on science centre in Saddar, with more than 400 interactive exhibits, opened in 2021.
The MagnifiScience Centre is a science centre in the City Railway Colony of Saddar, Karachi, opened to the public in September 2021 by The Dawood Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation. Its multistorey building holds more than 400 interactive exhibits that let visitors try out scientific ideas and see how they work in daily life, with a particular aim of opening science to everyone, including people with disabilities. More than 650,000 people visited in its first four years.
