There is no separate fee to send a planning request or receive a quote on this site. You pay for the journey and services that are confirmed with your trip team.

If your plans change, contact our trip team. Any date changes or cancellations are reviewed according to the arrangements confirmed for your journey.

After availability is confirmed, we arrange bank transfer or mobile wallet payment directly with you. Do not send card details over email or chat.
